Paddle District is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You can check available court schedules and reserve your preferred time slot through our official booking website.

Booking is easy! Simply visit our official booking website, select your preferred date, check the available time slots, and complete your reservation by following the payment instructions.
Once your booking is confirmed, you're all set! Please double-check your selected date and time before completing your payment.
Yes, you may request to cancel your booking. However, payments for confirmed bookings are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or under our venue policy.
If your plans change, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible to check whether rescheduling is possible.

Rain-related rescheduling does not automatically guarantee a refund. If we need to cancel your session entirely, we'll communicate the available arrangements based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Of course! If you need to change your scheduled date or time for personal reasons, please notify us at least 24 hours before your booking.
This gives us enough time to coordinate the change and make the original slot available to other players.
Please note that all rescheduling requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

In some situations, we may need to cancel a booking because of severe weather, unsafe court conditions, maintenance, or other operational concerns.
If this happens, we'll notify you and explain the available arrangements, which may include rescheduling or a refund where applicable.
Rescheduling depends on the availability of our courts. If your preferred date or time is unavailable, we'll work with you to identify another available slot, subject to our one-rescheduling policy.
